Through our continued working relationship with Leicester City Football Club, and via their personal recommendations, we have developed and produced content for a number of their partners and sponsor organisations. In early 2022, we were asked to produce a selection of player videos that could be used as part of a Chang Beer competition. The competition was very time sensitive, which meant that turnaround would be very quick, with time from initial briefing to final delivery being extremely short, and player access being limited to no more than ten minutes per player.


Scripting and pre-production logistics were completed and signed off within 24 hours, with filming taking place on-site at the Seagrave training facility in Leicestershire. As this was a small-scale production, with limited time and budget, we opted to utilise a simple camera setup. Our minimalist approach would still have high-production values, but with a reduced set-up time, this would allow us the most time with our contributors, ensuring we could get multiple read-throughs. Editing involved mixing the content we had produced at Seagrave, with stock assets provided by Chang Beer, with our editors liaising directly with their team in Thailand overnight, to turn around the whole project in an extremely short space of time. Assets were a mix of stills, video, subtitles and simple graphics.


Although not a large-budget project, we were very happy that we were able to produce this video in such a quick turnaround. This project illustrates the value of creating reactive, cost-effective video content with a short life span.
