School of Medicine
Client: University of Liverpool
Project: School of Medicine
Following a brand refresh, the School of Medicine at The University of Liverpool was looking to create a series of promotional videos that brought its student recruitment marketing messages to life, built around the themes of ‘purpose’, ‘passion’ and ‘place’.
Using the words, experiences and relationships of its current students and staff to draw out authentic stories, centred around each of these unique themes, we filmed our contributors ‘in conversation’ across a variety of locations around the city and campus, weaving through messaging around people/passion/place in an ‘authentic’ first person narrative and conversational style.
In total we produced seven films for the School of Medicine’s student recruitment marketing campaign that both we and our client are very proud of.
“Slate and Mortar are incredibly easy to work with. They are always quick to respond to the questions and ideas we pitch about potential video projects. They are highly professional and they made sure we were properly included in the process. They explained things very clearly and in plain language, we weren’t overwhelmed with jargon. They produced great quality videos that have done very well on our communication channels.”
